I hope I'm not too late? Only, I heard there was a fancy ball taking place and I may have overslept. My coffin was just so comfy!

This is another spooky look inspired by the offerings at The Costume Ball. The Dia de los Muertos Tattoo Mask is from Shakeup and comes with 2 makeups, hair flowers included.  The skirt and corset are from Paper Doll. The event is now in full swing so get your little butts along there and get yourselves kitted out for Halloween!

Dolly Does Cinema

Cinema is a smash.  The all mesh build is awesome, the merchants are great, lag is minor.  Make sure you strip down on scripts to keep it that way.  I bought so much there that I think I'll need to stray from my usual format of one picture per blog post.  Cracked Mirror's mesh corset and undies bring out my romantic side.  Although I'm not showing it in this picture, the ties in the back of the corset and ruffles on the panties are fabulous.  See for yourself. 

From Romance I headed over to Science Fiction.  "Lieutenant Dolly reporting for duty. Live long and prosper, Captain!"  My bucket list just got shorter thanks to E! Eclectic Apparel.  I've actually dressed up like a Star Trek character!  I'm a Vulcan, you can tell by my greeting even if my pointy ears are covered by hair.

Close Your Eyes For Brighter Skies

When I'm down, there's nothing I love more than to head to the seafront, where I sit and let the sound of the waves crashing wash over me. It's the most calming thing in the whole world, I could stay for hours. In saying that, I live right on the north sea coast so I need more than a sweater and a snood to keep me warm in this crisp, autumnal weather!

Dolly and I went shopping for inspiration yesterday and we sauntered on over to League.  We picked up the same items and decided to blog them just to see how differently we both put our looks together.  I am in LOVE with the boots, I fatpacked the earth colours and I fatpacked the leggings too. The cute snood is free and comes in three earthy designs.  The sweater is from The Secret Store and it tied in with the look I wanted perfectly.  Of course the piéce de résistance and the item that gave me the inspiration for this picture is the hair from Alice Project. I love, love, love it and you can find it at the newly opened and quite superb Cinema event!

Dracayla

One thing I love about blogging is just when you think your inspiration has gone kaput, something comes along and steals your attention. I wasn't quite sure where I was going when I took this picture wearing Cthulhu's Longing set from A:S:S (available soon at the Cinema event), but somehow it all fell together. This is my Dracayla look, and the spikes say 'Touch me if you dare'. Although I don't think I want to be sitting down anytime soon! I'll leave that to your imagination!

He's defanged, right?

 Sometimes inspiration strikes, sometimes it's just a striking cobra.  Whichever you see in this photo, it's thanks to the guys at 22769 who have really outdone themselves for the upcoming Cinema event. The headdress, matching dress and rigged mesh cobra are fantastic!  It's sure to be a great event, running October 15th to the 31st.  We'll try to keep you posted!
